Getting to Cork

Cork is most easily accessed by air for International passengers, although a number of Ferry options exist also. Cork International Airport is the county's main gateway, serving just under 3 million passengers annually. Scheduled services are offered from the airport across the United Kingdom and Continental Europe, primarily by Aer Lingus and Ryanair..

 

Cork is home to Ringaskiddy Sea Port,  with services to Swansea in Wales and Roscoff in France. Cork is also accessible by train from within Ireland, including Limerick, Dublin and Waterford. Bus Éireann offer a vast range of bus services from Cork to destinations around Ireland, including Dublin, Waterford, Killarney, Tralee, Athlone and Galway.

 

Once you arrive in Cork, you'll find a range of transport options to traverse the county, including Bus Networks, Commuter Rail and a plethora of taxis.

Air


Cork International Airport: The county's principal gateway, Cork International Airport welcomes just under 3 million passengers through its terminal doors annually. Offering scheduled services to a multitude of locations across Europe, the airport is home to Aer Lingus and Europe's largest low fares airline, Ryanair. Other airlines offering scheduled services to the airport include Wizz Air and Aer Arann.

Sea

Bus
